Q. Can I change my Business name post signup?

A. No. You cannot change your Business name after registration. For more details, you may contact our customer support center at 075075 75075.

Q. What happens to the Pymnts account if the retailer loses or changes his phone?

A. Retailer can install Pymnts app on a different device and do a sign-in. The session in the first device automatically gets logged out.

Q.What if I forget my password? How can I reset my Pymnts account password?

A. Tap on ‘Forgot Password’ link on the login page and enter your Registered Mobile Number or Merchant ID (username) to reset your password.

Q. In what all situation can retail ID be suspended or blocked?

A. Retailer’s account can be temporarily deactivated under two circumstances - one is where a wrong password is entered for 5 consecutive times and the second, where KYC documents are not submitted for verification within the stipulated time of 15 days from the time of app signup.
